Fezinn Hotel exceeded my expectations with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and exquisite gourmet food. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast spread was delicious and abundant. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right near the market and surrounded by knowledge city. The restaurant serves a wide variety of cuisine, from Arabic to North Indian and South Indian. The buffet is outstanding, with fresh and delicious dishes from starters to desserts. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities and comfy beds. The rooftop pool is a great spot for families and kids, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. I highly recommend this place for its fantastic food, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

We had a great stay with clean and spacious rooms, well-maintained facilities, and ample parking. The hotel's location is convenient to restaurants and reception. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This hotel impresses with its excellent location and food quality. the variety of international cuisines in the restaurants and the customer-oriented staff at the reception are particularly noteworthy. the rooms and bathrooms are modern and well appointed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. guests can enjoy delicious breakfasts and a good selection of amenities, including free and fast WiFi.

There seemed to be a lack of consistency in the quality of service provided by some staff members.

The food at the restaurant was delectable with an impressive variety. The pool on the rooftop and family-oriented activities were enjoyable. Staff was friendly and attentive, going the extra mile such as surprising me with a cake for my birthday. The facilities were kept clean and in good condition, even with some spacious bathrooms.

There were some construction noises and on and off electricity that was quite mysterious, interrupting a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the rates promised were not always kept even when declaring a child's age.

The bathroom was spacious and clean. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and transportation. the price was reasonable and within my budget.

My overall experience was underwhelming. the room decor was outdated and unappealing.
